From entrepreneurial start-ups and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) to multinationals and national law firms, Janet has hired at all levels including executive search.

After seven years of running a successful CBD legal and corporate recruitment company that won the Australian Achiever Award for Excellence in Client Services, Janet sold to an international organisation. She established Northside Recruitment to attract quality candidates back from the city to work on the northern beaches.
