PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Our client, a highly regarded independent advisory firm specialising in Corporate Advisory, Restructuring, Insolvency and Forensic accounting, currently has an opportunity for a capable and highly organised PA whose focus will be to provide administrative support to 2 delightful partners and several Forensic team members.

A high level of technical support will be required including typing of reports, presentations, general correspondence, diary and travel co-ordination, Dictaphone typing, preparing expense claims, timesheet management and billings, minute taking and co-ordinating meetings.

The successful candidate will require advanced Microsoft Word and Powerpoint and intermediate Excel skills. Dictaphone experience is preferred with a fast accurate typing speed. Excellent communication skills and initiative are essential.

This role will suit an experienced PA preferably from an accounting, legal or professional services background with minimum 3 years experience.
